Ordering
We will make every attempt to ship your order straight away in the order in which it was received. We will make every attempt to order items not currently in stock, but should something be unavailable you will be informed immediately and you will be refunded. Please feel free to send an inquiry to: info@spiderwebcomics.com if you have any questions regarding product availability. There is no minimum or maximum order (except where noted, mostly single issue comic books). However, we reserve the right to limit purchase quantities of some items. All single issue, standard-size comic books ship bagged and boarded unless otherwise requested upon checkout
Shipping and Pricing
spiderwebcomics.com ships out of New Jersey. We do not currently offer in-store pick-up. Shipping fees vary depending on carrier, distance, and weight and are calculated at checkout. This site is currently only equipped to ship within the United States. All orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS. If you’d like to arrange another carrier, or wish to use your own account numbers for either UPS or FedEx, please inform us at checkout. Please contact us if you would like to use a different carrier. If your purchases are damaged in transit please keep the packaging as we will need it to claim insurance.

Returns
In the event you are shipped the wrong item, it can be returned to us at our expense. Defective items may also be returned to us, postmarked within ten days of your receipt of them. They will be replaced as quickly as possible. Should you return a defective item and we are unable to replace it, you will be refunded. Apparel may be exchanged for another size only. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the item’s original packaging. Shipping costs on any returns for reasons other than incorrect items are the responsibility of the customer. Only Items purchased from spiderwebcomics.com may be returned.
